I have been in fitness for over 18 years assisting others to reach fitness goals through personal training and class instruction. Now I'm affiliated with Team Beachbody to continue my efforts in reaching out to more people and provide more resources to those trying to get in shape. I'm passionate about helping others succeed by sharing my expertise, resources and motivation. Being healthy means something to each person. What we all have in common is wanting to look good, feel great and be happy. Fitness is a big part of that. When we take care of ourselves we can better care for our loved ones and take care of business.
