Attendance Excused absences include personal illness, family funerals, medical appointments, court appointments, church/religious trips, and family emergencies with explanation. A note must be provided to Mrs. Ortega in the attendance office within 2 school days of the absence. Be sure to get a doctor’s note for all medical appointments. Unexcused absences include car trouble, missing the bus, sleeping in, renewing a driver’s license, truancy, etc.

WALK & TALK The increase in student population has caused some crowded walking areas. Do not congregate during the passing periods. Blocking the hallway is a hazard and prevents others from getting to class on time.
