Welcome to the Citizen-Centric world. Public-facing institutions live here. In this world, it is critical to begin taking steps that open up the door to interactivity. In this presentation to the National League of Cities, I show a few examples of what greater interaction might look like. These are baby steps, but they can add up to big change. (A co-presenter covered social media, so I purposefully leave that out.)
