This video was in the making to be used as an opener by the Project Managers in the various customer experience hothouses across the globe. However, as the program was short lived due to the economic situation 2nd semester 2008, the video was never perfected or used. I think that it captures nicely just what the Global Hertz Customer Experience Programme was all about.
