    Brian Pesin
    habits.stanford.edu
  • 2. Target Audience
    College-aged females
    Social; potentially sorority members
    Moderate to heavy social drinkers
Have experienced some weight gain since beginning college
    Dissatisfaction as a result
  • 3. Proposed Solution
Encourage these women to use a mobile application that suggests alternative cocktails than the higher-calorie drinks that they usually enjoy.
Additionally, provide tips and suggestions specific to the bar or restaurant that promote healthier drinking habits.
  • 4. How To Form The Habit?
"Mobile technology allows us to reach young people so that any given moment becomes a teachable one." – Deb Levine
Other food and drink-related mobile apps have “shown that people are willing to use mobile devices to manage health-related issues." – Sebastien Tanguy & Peter Heywood
