    2. What is RSS?
        • Predefined structure/standard for describing content
        • Describes content but not presentation style
        • Written in XML and mostly automatically generated from a database 
        • Makes content portable/content can be syndicated
        • Best used for regularly updated content
    3. Here is the entry from the previous RSS feed displayed in context on the A List Apart blog.
    4. Here is an example of an RSS feed. It is written in XML. Note each entry in the feed is enclosed in <item> tags
    5. Why RSS? When original content is changed and the RSS feed is updated, consumers of that feed automagically receive the updated content.
    6. Without RSS? You need to visit every web site individually to check if there is anything new.
