      • This will be an open source project to promote open source development efforts in inner cities and under privileged areas. The primary objective is to provide training, tools, hardware, and software on open source subjects areas such as programming skills, operating systems, network management, database management and applications. The primary objective is build inner city communities of open source development resources that can be use as a pool to create and promote open source projects, startups, and large software companies.
    4. Statement of the Problem
      • United States of America has a shortage of IT professional resources.
      • Cost of labor in IT has caused many US based companies to look globally for IT resources.
      • The Unitized States is not fully exhausting its own resource pools.
      • Opportunities for youths from 18 to 25 in the inner cities suck!
