      • Each Unit had its goals …

      • Implement ERMS (Verde)
        • Create data knowledgebase for Verde implementation
      • Determine workflow/procedures for Electronic Resources and Serials
        • Publish Electronic Resources and Serials workflow on internal WIKi
        • Rewrite job descriptions to reflect new organization
      • Integrate serial holdings in SFX
      • Integrate the back end functionality of the following: ILS, SFX, Verde, A-Z lists
      • Push content to users via portal and course management systems/learning management tools
      • Instant messaging
