  • Welcome to Massachusetts By, Amber, Drew, Tyler, Isabelle
  • We will tell you all about Massachusetts
    • When you come to Massachusetts there are lots of things to know. Like what to wear, where to go, what to do, and what to eat.
  • Clothes
    • Winter
    • Winter can be really cold and snowy in Massachusetts so you should wear winter jackets and heavy clothing.
    • Fall
    • Fall is very fun, cold, warm, and wet with lots of falling leaves so you should wear a light or heavy according to the temperature.
    • Spring
    • Spring is a warm and rainy. I think you should wear a rain coat and jeans.
    • Summer
    • Summer is very hot and shorts and a t-shirts will be just fine.

  • Museums, Historical sites and Places to See
    • There are many things to see. There is Paul Revere’s house, Paul Revere was a man who warned us that the British were coming. There is the New England Aquarium in Boston. It allows us to see different aquatic animals. Fenway Park is a stadium for baseball games. Every team has a stadium. The Bunker Hill Monument is where the first big battle of the civil war was fought. Higgins Armory Museum shows armor and weapons from long ago wars and countries. It is very interesting to see how there armor has changed over time. I had the Incredible experience to go Higgins Armory and it was very interesting.

    • Massachusetts first began issuing drivers licenses and registration plates in June of 1903
    • New England's 2 biggest cities are in Massachusetts.
    • Elias Howe of Boston invented the first sewing machine in 1845
    • Milford is known the world over for its pink granite, discovered in the 1870s and quarried for many years to grace the exteriors of museums and government buildings monuments and railroad stations.
