      • BLAT/ELAND/MAQ alignment algorithms

      • LIMS supporting external/internal users
    • 2.0 release:
      • Support other sequencers (e.g. SOLiD)‏
      • Name change
      • Support other experimental methods
      • Better pipelining environment
