      • A. Preparation
      • Match and partner with a charity or business
      • Define the challenge, frame the question(s)
      • desired outcomes and evaluation criteria
      • Decide on the awards and prizes to be offered
      • Determine participants and potential idea

      • Form teams of 6-10
      • Set a date and time frame for the ideathon
      • Individuals seek out their sponsors

      • Ideation, collaboration occurs for approximately
