  • This is the first time that the Philippines is having automated elections and because of this Comelec has clustered our precincts. It may happen that your precinct has moved to a new polling place. This project is intended to help Filipino voters find precinct information easily.
  • Go to http://www.google.com.ph/intl/en/landing/elections2010/ or go to www.findyourprecinct.ph. Click on “Find Your Precinct”
  • To map, click on “Help others find precincts”
  • Enter the city/municipality you’d like to map. Choose the city by clicking on it.
  • You will then see a list of unmapped precincts/polling centers. Choose the polling center that you would like to map.
  • The system will automatically search for the polling location and will tell you if it has already been mapped. If the polling location (i.e. school) hasn’t been mapped yet, you will have to search for it on the map. Just zoom in to the city and try to locate the polling center.
  • Zoom in further if needed.
  • For areas that do not have any locations mapped it would be best to use the hybrid view.
  • Zoom in as needed.
  • When you locate the precinct click on the area/roof. This will drop a pin on the location. Save the location when you have accurately mapped the polling center. Check out as well how many voters you are helping. ;)
  • Now other voters can locate their precincts easily with your help.
