•   Duration – from 4 to 13 weeks
•   Workload – up to 10 hours a week

    homework assignments (posted weekly)
•   Exam (term and/or midterm)
•   Additional resources offered
•   Forums
•   Chat sessions, where instructors answer questions
    sent by mail
•   Courses archived after done

• Answers to questions on forums – always timely and
  accurate
• Additional resources posted by fellow students
• Fun / Relevant discussions on topic and off-topic

TIPS

• Find a study group you can take part of
• You can skip part of the assignments and finish the
  course
• Keep on rolling, even if you miss a few deadlines
• If all else fails, try to just keep up with the video
  lectures.
• You can always use the archive, and/or enroll in the
  next offering
• How many courses do I take at one time?
  • Depends on workload
  • 2-3 works best for me 
