• For grilling or bbq'ing, you should not boil
the ribs. Because it takes away the flavor.
• If you must boil, bring a big pot of water
to boil and place the ribs in and simmer
for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let
the ribs soak in the hot water for at least 2
more hours. This will cook the ribs, but
will not boil away a lot of the flavor.
