It is also in the scope of this contract to explicitly limit emotional involvementand attachment to the boundaries of professional conduct.(1) Non-exclusivityThis contract hereby grants the Participants the right to engage in other romantic, erotic,sexual or otherwise flirtatious encounters, without consent or explicit knowledge of theother party.(2) SecrecyThe Partners may choose to share or not share information about other encounters in theabsence of an explicit inquiry by the other.The Partners are forbidden to present false evidence or false testimony and are forbiddento conceal evidence upon inquiry by each other Partner, regardless of the subject of theinquiry (“tell each other the truth about everything” clause).The statue of limitations for inquiries is the date ________________; any Partner maydecline to answer inquiries on events having occurred prior to this date.(3) Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreementThe Partners are forbidden from sharing details about the sexual activity involving eachother with third parties. This confidentiality agreement extends for a minimum of 3 yearsafter the end of this contract.(4) ConsentPartners may only engage with each other in those sexual practices which are mutuallyagreed. Each Partner may invoke or revoke consent at any point, without notice.(5) Romantic feelingsPartners are explicitly forbidden from expressing romantic feelings towards one other.Compliments are allowed, within reasonable bounds. Reasonable bounds are defined andadjusted between Partners by notifying each other of their respective preferences, as theyevolve.Partners will ensure best available efforts to resolve all conflicts in a professional,amicable fashion (“no fighting” clause).Under no circumstances are Partners allowed to display jealousy or possessive behavior.(6) Non-sexual activityAny non-sexual activity is allowed as long as:it is accepted by both Partners, with no explicit objectionit does not breach clause (3). This inclusion will only take place with the mutualconsent of the Partners. Consent of any of Partners may be revoked unilaterally, withoutnotice or explanation.The male Partner hereby expresses an explicit denial for any situation involvinghomosexual encounters between himself and another male.(8) Changes to this contractProvisions of this contract may be changed, amended or adjusted only with the mutualconsent of the Partners.(9) Termination clauseEach of the Partners has the right to unilaterally terminate the current “Friends-with-benefits” agreement, with the obligation to notify the other Partner with a 24 hoursadvance.The other Partner has the right to request a single final sexual encounter (also known as“Goodbye fuck” or “Termination fuck”) within the bounds of the 24 hours.Both Partners will use best logistic effort available to allow for the “Goodbye fuck” tooccur within the given timeframe.As mentioned, clause (3) is to be enforced for a minimum of three years after thetermination of this contract.The Partners agree to each and all of the above clauses and provisions and look forwardto fuck each other’s brains out in any way which is both imaginable and allowed by thiscontract.Signature: Signature:____________________________ _________________________Date: Date: Page 2/2
