    The Prospector, a well-established store in Alaska used its overstocked inventory as the primary method for raising capital. Based on experience and knowledge, POWER Retailing™ conducted an analysis of the company's overall market potential. The main goal was to totally remodel the store and strengthen the company's financial position. The strategy called for a compelling plan to restructure and streamline its operational systems. Because the owners realized the magnitude of the job, they turned to POWER Retailing™ for expert advice and assistance. During the 11-week Promotional Event, the store generated over 1 Million Dollars... more than double the same period of its previous year. By developing the most profitable direction to take, store sales increased 262%. For the transition, this allowed the company to balance inventory, resolve debt, and successfully renovate and reopen with a modern, newly designed format .

    Located near Seattle Washington, Fashion West was a highly successful family-operated store. After 30 years of serving the community of Renton, Washington and faced with the explosive growth of mega-malls and superstores, the owners decided to retire and close the store. By applying a step-by-step approach, the advertising strategy enhanced customer awareness, created a heavy traffic flow, and generated $415,393 compared to $151,829 the same period of the year before. Because of the store's well-established location and reputation, the sales event produced a total increase of $263,564.

    Faye's of Montrose, an independently owned business located in Southern California had two well-known apparel stores. In the "old days" when traffic was flowing, customers used to stop and say what a wonderful store it was. But not anymore.
