  • As humans are essentially Spiritual in nature means, human being is a spiritual being living in the physical body. Therefore, what is the relationship of physical self and spiritual self. First of all, in order to live in our physical body we need negative elements which are food and water. Also, we need positive elements which is air and sunlight in order to live. The same also with our spirit self, which it needs negative elements which is good vitality elements from our physical body (ie; good works, helping others, etc…), as well as our spirit self needs a positive element which is life elements from God, it is God’s love, truth or inspiration, beauty and goodness. This is a spiritual elements that our spirit self give to our physical body where we feel inner happiness within our self. Therefore, in order to bring peace in this world. It start from our self within the harmonious relationship of our physical self and our spirit self centering God as our Parent.
  • As human being we are eternal being which we have to pass the three phases in our life. First phase is life in the womb for 9 months where we have to mature our brain, lungs and heart in preparing to live in physical world. The second phase is our life here on earth, from the birth until 67-69 or above 70 years old where we breath air. While living here on earth, the most important is to mature our love and personality where we can breath the air of love in the spirit world. If our love is not matured its difficult to breath in the spirit world, means suffering. If our love matured, we are freely breath the air of love, living eternal happiness, not eternal suffering. In order to bring eternal peace here on earth as well as in the spirit world. We have to live wisely how to mature our love and personality while we are here on earth.
  • Therefore, physical life is our unique opportunity ; first to perfect our character. Restoring or repairing our mistakes, shortcomings as this is our spiritual error. Second, we need to give birth children; means having a family where we can develop our love. Third, we must learn to appreciate all people and things of creation as it’s the reflection of our matured personality.
  • As family is not just living for the sake of family but living for a higher dimension of life, forming a tribe, clan, society, nation, and world. As God is our Heavenly parents and we are brothers and sisters, creating a One World family under God.This is God’s ideal – living for the sake of others. Creating a world of lasting peace from generation to generation. A Kingdom of Heaven on earth. As it is written in the bible “ Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven”.
  • Also we observe the relationship of the Plant kingdom-give oxygen a vital element to the animal kingdom which they give carbon dioxide as a vital element to the plant kingdom. Therefore, we conclude that the laws of nature are the laws of cooperation which is essential to the law of progress in human society.
  • We observe the law of cooperation between parents and children, teachers and students, employers and employees, the government officials and the people.
  • Now…let us summarize the Universal Principle of Peace.God is the True Parents of humankind.Human are essentially spiritual in natureMarriage is a sacred institution; The family is the school of loveGod’s ideal – live for the sake of others / greater goodAnd the last universal principle which we have to discuss is….
  • If we try to dig-up the history. It started from the first man and woman whom they have to grow from formation, growth stage, and completion. They become the embodiment of God’s ideal, setting up the Heavenly tradition , cultures, and system of ideal world. However, They become fallen man and history started in evil, conflict, and violence, losing the ideal of God. Therefore, we have to go the way of restoration. It means, we have to go back in the original ideals of God which is the world of love, peace and happiness. In religious term Kingdom of Heaven. We have to restore the history and go back in the position before the first man and woman committed a mistake or fall which is in the top of the growth stage. Then, receiving rebirth – ending the history of sin, evil, conflict and violence and started the history of goodness, peace, love and happiness. In a broader sense, we are in the history of restoration , reversing the step where the history of sin and conflict developed.
  • How we can reverse the history of conflict and do restitution. We have to understand what had been lost in the original ideals of God.First, is the word or commandment of God was lost. = The first man and woman disobey God’s word or commandment. = To restore God’s word, we must have faith in God’s commandment or words and love God with all our souls and heart.Secondly, The first man and woman did not become the embodiment of God’s word and they established a relationship without the maturity of their love and personality. =They lost to substantiate the word of God in relationship. = To restore the proper order of relationship we must perfect our love by loving our neighbor and even loving our enemies.
  • Here are some model in history about restoration of love…
