What You Do (Key Activities)  What two, three, or four critical activities do you perform at work each day that differentiate your occupation from others? 2. Who You Help (Customers)  Who do you help each day at work, either directly or indirectly?  Who is your most important Customer? 3. How You Help (Value Provided)  How specifically do you help Customers?  What Customer Job(s) do you help with?  What specific services do you offer each Customer?  What Customer needs do you satisfy?
