Gallup Path) believes that in order to get

Leaders serve as the centerpiece of the three
pieces of the OC Model by providing
commitment, responsibility and inspiration.

Disney’s beliefs on Organizational Creativity are:
everyone is creative
it give them a competitive
advantage
helps them to maximize
creative efforts.
With these beliefs, they feel that the organization benefits by being able to push the envelope, reward for passion and discover new paths of discovery.
