      • Above 25 years of age, a self starter, quick learner, dynamic and aggressive person who is passionate about selling concepts and new technologies
      • Who wants to get exposed to the challenges and opportunities in a start-up and loves to be part of a flatter hierarchy and humbleness
      • One who has an eye on both the top line and bottom line of the business
      • One who can take the ownership of not only the sales but also the execution along with other team members
      • One who has an eye on innovation and opportunities
      • One who looks beyond advertising thinking about solutions and opportunities that exist across the spectrum
    3. AND YOU HAVE
      • Experience in sales planning and Strategy @ their respective regions
      • Experience in media sales business
      • Experience in managing a media sales team
      • Must have a hands-on approach when it comes to closures
      • Owns up revenues of the company
      • Experience in structuring huge deals and long term contracts
      • Proven track record for selling new ideas and concepts to brands
      • Strong Relationship with media buying /selling agencies, brand managers
      • A known and thirsted name in the industry when it comes to innovation, market and foresight
      • Great PR skills whom media consults for a quote and event organizers requests for a speaker slot
      • Exposure to OOH/ Activations /Digital would be highly preferred
    4. YOUR JOB PROFILE WOULD BE
      • Exceeds the revenue projections of the company
      • Builds and mentors sales organizations
      • Works with other senior members of the organization for building product and business strategy
      • Guides marketing team on marketing and communication strategies
      • Guides Activation team to identify and close locations and partnership
      • Oversees Sales operations on a daily or weekly basis to ensure meeting of targets and occupancy of network
      • Over a span of 6 months works together building a long term funnel by making inroads in to media budgets of the brands
      • Works with marketing communication team for effectively communicating the value proposition through media and industry forums
      • Works with senior management to constantly review and improve organization as you whole including HR, Hiring, Product and other strategies
