Completed Updates
Created multiple levels of security access for employers allowing building level principals basic account access to view applicants.
Interview Scheduler to setup appointments with applicants over the phone or in-person
Employer profile verification to verify employer accounts are approved at time of creation.
Layout changes to the My Account Area
Exporting data capabilities to allow employers the ability to export applicants that have applied for a specific position.

Presentation to Kansas Institutes of Higher Education Career Service Departments on the use of Second Life to recruit educators.

KEEB Retention Effort
Completed 2 hour online module, “Introduction to Measureable Post-Secondary Goals: Part 1” reviewed by KSDE prior to being available online.
Draft 2 hour online module, “Introduction to Measureable Post-Secondary Goals: Part 2” will be completed February 15th

Projected KEEB Website Updates
Employer blog updates available on the homepage.
Register for recruiting events directly on the KEEB website.
Provide applicant data on which employers have viewed applications
Convert blog updates to monthly newsletter sent to all employer accounts who Opt-in
Dynamic survey builder to allow districts to request essay type information from applicants.
Previews of Job Descriptions and Employer Profiles
Additional ability to copy a job posting without having to re-create the whole position.

Customer Service 2008-2009
Support Calls and Internet Leads are in reference to the following:
Account Username and Password assistance
Employer Lead contact has changed and employers need access to the account
Applicants requesting assistance completing the licensure step in the online resume
Licensure information
Changing professions and requesting information on how to become a teacher
Customer Support Data
20 new internet leads per month on average
10-20 calls per month
These averages double during the months of February, March, April and May
2 nd Life Career Fairs – average additional 80 Internet leads related to registration and assistance
