  • 4. It bordes with Massachusetts in the north-east and with Conneticut in the west
  • 5. The principal airport in Providence is the T.F Green

    • The climate is similar in all this country: in the summer it’s very hot and in winter it’s very cold
  • 7. Newport is an important city by the sea
  • 8. In Newport there are many mansions and an important tennis hall
  • 9. In Rhode Island there are some museums and natural parks, the most important are: the Governor Henry Lippitt House, the Norman Bird Sanctuary and the South Country museum

  • 11. The first city that the colons conquered was Providence. After, they conquered Portsmouth and Newport
  • 12. The primitive name of Rhode Island was Arquidreck Island
  • 13. Rhode Island passed the first law that banned the slavery
  • 14. During the colonial period, Rhode Island was in completely religious freedom
  • 15. The governor of Rhode Island is Donald Carcieri
  • 16. Thomas Harper Ince Van Johnson Rut Hussey Are some famous actors from Rhode Island
