The Strategy for economic and social development of the ARC for 2011-2020 years was
developed jointly by Crimean government, the National Institute for Strategic Studies under the
President of Ukraine, leading scientists and international experts.
The strategic goal of the ARC development is to achieve sustainable growth in level and quality of life
of Crimeans, dynamic economic development of economy and implementation of strategic interests of
Ukraine in the Black Sea region
