Purpose of eBay <ul><ul><li>Purpose of eBay is to give an oppurtunity for people to make money </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Also, purpose is to give people a chance for better prices rather than in a convenient store. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Another purpose is for people to experience online shopping with the best products one can buy. </li></ul></ul>

How eBay is Web 2.0 tool <ul><ul><li>eBay is a Web 2.0 tool because instead of people having individual sites for their products, eBay is one big site that pulls all people's items together which then is easier for people to access. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Also a Web 2.0 tool because people come together on a core website as one running the website with their merchandise to buy and sell. </li></ul></ul>

Research Says....... <ul><ul><li>Research says eBay is a good tool for people to buy and sell items </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>It also says that they have to increase amount of safeguards to help guarantee customer satisfaction and protect from any theft or fraud of some sort. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>For the most part, eBay is a successful Web 2.0 tool that is convenient and easy to use for all customers or investors. </li></ul></ul>
