      • address Idaho science content standards?
      • promote quality learning experiences?
      • promote knowledge use, creation, and production?
      • promote guided inquiry?
      • incorporate higher order thinking skills?
      • help students build content knowledge?
      • move students beyond access & location to construction and assessment?
      • keep students engaged with ideas?
      • give students life-long learning intellectual tools?
      • teach students to be good researchers?
    3. Poster Session
      • Essential question (know, do, be like)
      • Overview—description of the unit/lesson, the problem-solving or decision-making situation(s) (include the subject, theme, issues)
      • Description of what students will do to demonstrate their new knowledge and skills
      • Demonstrate the specific strategies, tactics, tools you will be using. Be sure to note the Big6 connection
