  • 8. At the year end performance review: Victor’s manager asked him: “Give your evaluation about me as a manager?”
  • 9. Victor raised this in our Services Excellence Workshop where over 30 people attended.
  • 10. Victor’s problem: He could not tell his manager: You suck! He ended up saying nothing, even he wanted to say something!

  • 18. There are about 100 people in the office Within 2 weeks, one third of top managers signed up as members
  • 19. I signed up for this Toastmasters Club, why don’t you give it a try? Or, Steve, do you know Tim (his manager) & Ann (his peer) both signed up? Or, did you know that both Pedro (2nd most senior manager) and David (Top Manager) both signed up? Tactics

  • 22. Summary (we did it in 19 days) The ideas to form Toastmasters Club was in March 4th, 2010 The Club was chartered on March 23rd, 2010 with 38 members (about 1/3 of the people in the office) Almost half of all senior managers signed up as members
