  • Introduction Bitscrape has developed a client-server product - Sales Track, for tracing and tracking leads and orders. The product is intended to provide tracking sales tracking functionality for users dealing with complex sales process. The system supports Customer Relationship Management, Lead & Case Management, Contact Management, Order Management, etc. Management reports are also included in the system. Features • Home Use the Home menu features to create new users, to edit user login information, to login to the system, to logout from the system and to exit from the system. • Account 1. Manage Accounts Use the Account menu features to manage (create, edit, delete) 2. Manage Contact Person account, to manage (create, edit, delete) contact person, to create, edit new account class and to create, edit new contact person class. 3. Account Class 4. Contact Person Class • Product/Services Use the Product/Services menu features to create, edit and delete 1. Manage Product/Services product details and to create, delete product category. 2. Manage Category • Sales Force 1. Manage Sales Force Use the Sales Force menu features to create, edit and delete sales person 2. Manage Sales Force Division details, to manage sales person division (create and delete) and to manage (create ,edit and delete) sales target of individual sales person. 3. Assign Targets • Tools Use Tools menu features to export database, to import database and to create new birthday template.
  • • Leads & Orders Use the Leads & Orders menu features to manage (create, edit and delete) lead details, to maintain (create, edit, delete) lead events for individual leads, to keep orders information of individual leads, to create and delete lead status, to manage (create and delete) lead origin and to define (create and remove) order information. 1. Lead Summary that summarizes lead records 2. Order Summary that summarizes order records 3. Month wise sales force performance that shows performance history of sales person 4. Account list that summarizes list of available accounts and their details 5. Contact list that summarizes list of all the contact person and their details 6. Product list that summarizes list of all products and their details 7. Sales force list that summarizes details of sales persons 8. Birthday list that shows month wise birthday lists • Dashboard Use Dashboard menu features to manage (create and edit) accounts, products, sales person ,leads and to set details for leads and lead events. 1. Dashboard 2. Customize Dashboard Toolbar The toolbar gives you quick access to many of the Sales Track features you will use most frequently. The functions of each features will be described in details in this manual.
