    • Corporate Overview November 2008
    • The Dirty E-waste Secret
      • All Recyclers and Landfill Site Operators are sitting on a very big ticking Time Bomb
      • There is a major Environmental problem that they have been ignoring and putting off for years.
    • The Dirty E-waste Secret
      • They are paid to recycle E-waste, they charge you money to drop off your computers, Monitors, TVs and other electronic devices
      • They are supposed to “totally” recycle this E-waste
      • They are paid to “totally” recycle this E-waste
      • They may even try to remove the IC chips and recycle this “gold rich” portion of the E-waste
      • But they ignore a very big problem
      • So, here is the problem that they do not discuss .
    • The Dirty E-waste Secret
      • Here is “The Dirty Little E-waste Secret”
      • 70% of their pollution problem comes from 3% of all trash
      • This is the E-waste portion, specifically the Printed Circuit Board component (PCB) from electronic devices
      • PCB’s contain bromine as a fire retardant
      • Bromine combines with hydrogen in landfills to form dioxins
      • PCB’s are not “recycled,” but shredded and either shipped out of the country or contributed to landfill that results in dioxins in the landfill
      • So All Recyclers and Landfill Site Operators are sitting on a VERY BIG TICKING DIOXIN TIME BOMB
    • The E-Waste Problem Where the E-Waste goes NOW Recycler PCB’s
        • 3% of Trash = 78% Pollution
        • PCBs with Bromine not recycled
          • The PCBs were previously Sent to China
          • PCBs with Bromine Currently Going to Landfill
      Grinder 310 million tons annually
    • E-Cycle- Systems Solution PCB’s
      • Gold-rich Ore
      PCB’s (w/o components) Green Box Solution 1
      • Copper
      • Bromine
Green Box Solution 2 Inert Slag
    • E-Cycle-Solutions Differentiation
      • First to market with e-waste solutions
      • Negative air pressure systems
        • Safe in every urban setting
        • Collection of all dust/particles
      • Patents Pending
      • Built in America
      • Certification by California State Waste Agencies for installation without e-waste permitting
    • Market
      • Domestic:
        • 310 million tons annually
        • State restrictions on movement of e-waste
      • International
        • Europe strictly enforcing e-waste segregation
        • Europe estimated over 400 million tons annually
        • Asia heavily polluted by e-waste
        • Asian countries have a backlog of over 1000 million tons!
    • Competition (goes to landfill)
      • Separation:
        • Maser Corporation, Canadian, Separation of materials via wet centrifuge
      • Grinding
        • Shred-Tek, US supplier to waste industry
        • MMH, England, 30 year equipment manufacturer
      • General
        • San Lan, Chinese metalworking equipment manufacturer
