  • 3. A. Time• Use of the time should be for you and your organization, not against• Most precious resource and a scarce commodity
  • 4. Management of time is the art of making use of available time for the greater benefit of the self and organization
  • 5. •Good management calls for thecompletion of activities on time• It is a component of self management for professional development of the principals contributing directly to the efficacy of over all management
  • 6. • Management of time is management of people/oneself to influence people to cooperate together towards the achievement of the organizational goals.• To ensure what is to be done and that is to be done on time entails the art of managing time effectively.
