The Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company of Canada  Quite simply, it’s the law.  Business owners are responsible for the periodic inspection of certain boilers and other pressure vessels in order to ensure safety.  Failure to do so can result in heavy penalties and may even lead to a shutdown of operations.
