About Manthan Manthan is an international online magazine published by BiharBrains Scholastic Center under BiharBrains Society. ‘Manthan’ as its name implies, is a step towards acquaintance of churning of knowledge, exploring new ideas & perceptions for the development of mankind, outcome of deep rooted research and spreading all to the world through our literary mission. Manthan publishes multidisciplinary research articles of exceptional interest. Overview/ History This magazine has been started by BiharBrains, with the objectives of making a pool of educated peoples who can share ideas, knowledge and achievements that can be benefited to the whole community. BiharBrains Scholastic Center successfully launched two issues of Manthan. First issue was released on 14 February, 2006, on the inauguration occasion of Patna Resource Center.       • Manthan publishes a wide diversity of papers and provides a vehicle for publication of novel and challenging subjects in developing areas of research and development. All contributions are peer-reviewed by Editorial board and experts in the respective field with the aim of providing readers with high quality, original material. Articles accepted for publication are made available free access on the world wide web.
      • The scope is multidisciplinary and the subjects covered include: All aspects of Science and Technology (Physical, Chemical, Biological, Engineering, etc), Business and Economy, Social Sciences, Law and Justice, public administration, Social Development etc.
      • Our target audiences are active researchers, academicians, Scientists, economists, social activists, managers, young talents, that are interested in maintaining a broad view of their chosen field of activity by reading articles that are current, concise, accurate and interesting.

Manuscripts submitted to Manthan will initially be assessed for suitability by an Editorial baord, and then will assign suitable referees to the manuscript. The Editorial Baord has right to accept/ reject or moderate the articles. Editorial board may ask authors for major/ minor revision of the manuscript on the line of comments framed by reviewers. The final decision on a manuscript will be taken by the Editorial board, based on the recommendation of the referees' reports. Manthan wireframe
