Food and drinks

 Hello! I like every kind of food but I sometimes skip meals. My favourite fruits are: apple, blackberry, cherry, coconut, grapes, kiwi, mango, melon, peach, pineapple, strawberry and watermelon. I like vegetables, meat and fish, too. I like fast-food, but I hate hamburgers. To drink, I prefer juice, coke, lemonade, milk and mineral water. • Graça Pereira

Hello! I like every kind of food. I like fruit very much, my favourites are: apple, banana, blackberry, cherry, fig, grape, kiwi fruit, mango, melon, peach, pineapple, strawberry and watermelon. I like meat, specially duck, ham, pork, beef and chicken. I also like vegetables: carrot, cucumber, lettuce,parsley, peas, tomato are my favourites, but I hate turnip. I like fish: codfish, octopus, sardine, tuna and hake. But I like fast- food too: pizza, hot-dogs... The drinks that I like are: coffee,beer, champagne, coke, juice, lemonade, milk, mineral water, soft drinks and tea. For dessert I like to eat fruit, chocolate mousse, cream cakes and chocolate and all kind of cakes. • Catarina Castro

 To have a healthy life we need to do some exercise, do not skip any meal and do not eat foods that make us ill. Eating too much food isn’t healthy. Our group wants to show what we should eat and what we shouldnt. Below are some tips:

What we should eat: What we shouldn’t eat: Fruit as: apple, banana, A cake filled with creamgrape, peach, pineapple, with an orange soda;strawberry, melon, A pizza with coke.watermelon and orange;Cereal with milk;Bread with butter;A sandwich with ham andcheese with a glass of freshjuice;Biscuits with tea.

What we should eat: What we shouldn’t eat:Pasta with chicken or fish, French fries with ketchup,with mineral water or natural steak, veal and rice dry withjuice; coke or spirits.Dry rice with roasted Fast-food as: hamburgers,potatoes with roast veal, with hot-dogs or pizzas withlemonade; whisky or beer.Salads with tomatoes,carrot, cucumber, greenpepper, lettuce and broccoli.

What should we eat: What shouldn’t we eat:Yogurt with biscuits; Chocolate biscuits with jelly;Fruit and bread; Tortilla chips with softSandwich with ham, cheese, drinks;lettuce and tomato; Pizza;Milk with cereals and fruit. Hot dog.

What should we eat: What shouldn’t we eat:Soup; Ice cream with spirits;Baked potatoes with cod, Pizza;cabbage, carrots and egg; Hot-dogs;Pasta or rice with white Eggs fries.meats like turkey, withmineral water.
