Up-selling <ul><li>This is achieved by convincing the customers to take or buy more than they had actually planned or had their mind set. </li></ul><ul><li>This requires immense amount of effective salesmanship to convince people since this is going to burn a hole in their pockets and they will end up spending more. </li></ul>
