  • 7. A three wheeler is a vehicle with three wheels , either "people-powered vehicles" (PPV) or motorized vehicles in the form of a motorcycle , ATV or automobile . Other names for three-wheelers include Trikes, Tricars and Cyclecars. The term Tricycle is used somewhat interchangeably, but the term three-wheeler is more often applied to motor vehicles.     • Advantages :
    • Much lower turning radius
    • One wheel less than a conventional four-wheel car hence easier to conceptualize and construct
    • More fuel-efficient
    • Has the same ergonomics and seating capacity as that of a four-wheel car

  • 12. CRITICAL VIEWS - Why 3 wheels instead of 2 ? Many motorcyclists will reject 3-Wheelers because there's an added useless wheel and they don't lean in curves. So why keep on trying to use a useless added wheel , further considering that it will cost more? -Why 3 wheels instead of 4 ? A 4-Wheeler is more stable in curves than a 3-Wheeler.  So why keep on trying to use one less wheel ?
