  • nayspassion4education Renee' at Renee’ I found it very Interesting to see a view through the eyes of a student on this subject. It is a hard subject to address but definetly one that we need to talk about.
My name is Renee' and I am one of Professor Fryer's students in the technology 4 teachers class at the University of Central Oklahoma. Your presentation is now a part of my website because I think this is a vital topic. To help you create awareness I have put you on my website.

Another part of my assignment, is to include a constructive comment to prepare us for doing these when we start teaching. I loved everything about it. You presented your point of veiw clearly and grammatically correct. Everyone of your links were helpful. I had never seen the columbine footage on youtube.

I would like to make a suggestion for an observation, that came to my mind, I noticed while look at the slides. There is one slide where the writing is very small. I figure it was to conserve space. I am not familiar with this website, so I don't know if there is a number restriction on slides or not. If there is not a number restriction, I would suggest having all text at the same size and one that is easy for the average person to read.

A senior citizen might want to see what you have to say and I could see where it would be impossible for them to read one of the slides. This would not apply if you were only speaking to a specific age group in your presentation. I would like to encourage you to continue to speak out against violence. Great job and thanks for sharing. :)
