  • Enterprise 2.0 cloud

  • Is Enterprise 2.0 or Web 2.0 a little bit overwhelming? Where do you begin?
  • Let’s start with a definition…
  • Definition
"A system of web-based technologies that provide rapid and agile collaboration, information sharing, emergence and integration capabilities in the extended enterprise“
The application of Web 2.0 technologies within the business environment and in particular the extended enterprise. These technologies are characterised by user empowerment, information sharing, project collaboration, knowledge capture, personal networking, communal interest groups and the wisdom of the crowd. Examples are blogs, wikis, forums, tagging, RSS feeds and social sites such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and of course Facebook.
  • Now that you know what it is…
    • Which social networking tools are you using?
    • How are you using them?
