The Ithaka Project -08 has a start – and an end - during one years time the mentee and mentor work together - if you want to learn to know another person – it takes time! - it is a priviligied experience - one year passes very quickly!

The mentees - are women who are selected by the management within the organisation to participate in the Ithaka Project - are young women who already belong to the management level or are identified as possible, future leaders - are women who are firmly established in the organisation - are women who have expressed a wish to develop and have revealed an ambition to get a managerial post

Kostnader Projekt ITHAKA-08 är ett mycket förmånligt ledarutvecklingsprogram! Två personers deltagande (adept + mentor) i Projekt Ithaka-09 kostar arbetsplatsen totalt 54 000 kronor exkl. moms. I priset ingår förutom utbildningsinsatsen alla kostnader för övernattning och förtäring i samband med de schemalagda internat (fyra för adepten och ett för mentorn) som ingår, alla kostnader för förtäring och lokaler i samband med start- och avslutningskonferens samt viss litteratur. Kostnader för egna resor samt för förtäring vid forskarseminarierna på utvalda arbetsplatser i länet ingår emellertid inte. Adepterna har ca 14 dagar schemalagd tid och mentorerna ca 7 dagar. För att garantera en hög kvalité på Projekt Ithaka samarbetar Alpkvist AB genomgående med Näringslivets Ledarskapsakademi vid start, avslutning och under alla internat samt inbjuder kända forskare och utbildare till Ithakas tre seminarier.
