1. A3S – Presentation WHO WE ARE A3S is a non for profit Research and Development (R&D) association, borne 1 year ago. We seek to found as a social enterprise (based on third sector principals and values we seek to establish means and tools of economic efficiency and sustainability). We are 14 members with different ages, professional experiences, fields of work and training. Some of us seek to create our one job.

Consultancy services To provide services aiming at empowering third sector organisations. Networking To facilitate networking activities among third sector organisations and/or others, in order to develop social capital and to promote partnerships.

BRIDGES EXTERNAL EVALUATION METHODOLOGY - Documental analysis of all information produced by the project and the partners (partners should send on time all information to external evaluation team) Short (15 minutes) structured interviews or questionnaires after transnational meetings with all partners - 2 Questionnaires to all partners: October 2008 and 2009. - 2 interviews in depth with coordinator partner
