I often tried to change many things in life.
I’ve tried to be healthier, smarter, nicer, more
lovable and happier.
Accomplishing one is tough. Doing them all
them simultaneously- impossible.
Our program is about focusing on one,
attainable goal each day.
The bracelet is a reminder.
Each bead represents a specific, daily goal.
3. The Program
This is a long term plan to create small
improvements in our lives every day.
Working to be better doesn’t mean we’re
doing everything wrong.
Pro athletes head to the gym everyday and
professors still go to class.
No one or no thing controls our happiness.
That’s up to each one of us. It is an
awesome responsibility and the ultimate gift
we’ve been given.
4. How It Works
Remember the “4 Minutes A Day” promise on
the first page? Here’s how that works:
At the start the day, find the bead/goal you
are working on. This increases awareness of
what you hope to accomplish.
When your day ends, take 2 minutes and
reflect on how you performed.
If you feel good about your effort, move to
the next bead.
If you fell short, try again tomorrow.
It couldn’t be much simpler!!!

Each bead represents a specific daily goal.
The beads and bracelet act as a simple
reminder for you throughout the day.
The beads are painted outside of Port-auPrince, Haiti. The majority of our sales go
directly to support these incredible artisans.
