The team explores new opportunities by leveraging the resources, competencies and expertise available with SMG, Intel Labs, Business Groups and the local ecosystem. The site has established an “Ideas to Reality Board of Directors” (I2R BoD) comprising a small number of members of Intel India management to review the new business proposals and make decisions on which ones to fund. The I2R BoD will evaluate opportunities based on several criteria.
