Thispresentation is designed to help you understand the basics of our exciting opportunity, and toshow you the many features of our lucrative compensation plan. If you are a new distributor,you will want to review this training several times during your first few months. Even if you havebeen in business for a while, reviewing this material from time to time will help you stay ontrack. Don’t worry about having to understand all the details; the main goal is to help you getyour business moving in the right direction. If you simply follow the basic steps we are about toshow you, the rest will take care of itself. Let’s get started.SLIDE TWO:Our patented flagship product in Malaysia is StemEnhance™. It retails for RM286 per bottle.Your retail customers who elect the convenience and savings of our monthly AutoShip Programreceive the product for just RM185. That’s like getting two free bottles every year. Distributorsreceive wholesale discount pricing of just RM205 per single bottle, or RM185 when purchasedon AutoShip. The distributor wholesale case price for six bottles is RM185 per bottle.SLIDE THREE:For those distributors who want to build their business quickly, we offer the convenience of ourDirector Leadership Pack. These packs provide the business builder an immediate inventory ofStemEnhanceTM as well as additional tools to help them get their businesses off the ground.Our Leadership Pack pricing is shown here.SLIDE FOUR:When you enroll as a distributor, you have several ways to begin. First, you can purchase aDistributor Kit for RM90. This allows you to buy product at wholesale prices, and enroll otherdistributors into your organization. It also gives you an annual subscription to your online backoffice where you can purchase product and important business tools right from your computer.This includes the Distributor Kit plus DVDs, CDs and a comprehensive training guide. This kitwill help ensure you have the information you need to start your STEMTech business right. Wealso offer our exclusive Distributor Business Suite. This includes your very own Website with ashopping cart that lets your customers buy products online. It also allows you to enroll new dis-tributors from any internet accessible computer. You receive immediate credit for all product or-ders and new distributor signups that originate from your Website. The DBS also has an“enhanced” back office application that provides you complete statistical management reportsincluding a downline genealogy generator that allows you to see the status of your entire or-ganization in real time. The DBS has a one¬time set up fee of RM460, and an ongoing monthly

If you enroll with any of our optional FastStart or LeadershipPackage, and join our AutoShip program, you can receive the DBS at no added cost.SLIDE FIVE:One of the best ways to enroll as a distributor is with our FastStart Pack. The FastStart Packis only available when you first signup and it represents a very attractive value. The packagecosts RM1300 plus tax, shipping and handling, but reflects a RM1575 value. The FastStartPack features a case of StemEnhanceTM, an optional weekly direct deposit bonus programfor your FastStart signups, the Distributor Kit, Distributor Training Manual and your DistributorBusiness Suite. The Pack also has a Personal Point Volume of 250 points and includes theset¬up fee for your DBS.SLIDE SIX:STEMTech offers one of the most innovative and generous compensation plans in the indus-try. Our unique hybrid plan offers you three different ways to earn income. The StepUp Gener-ational Program, an optional monthly AutoShip program, and the optional FastStart programwe just described.SLIDE SEVEN:If you choose to participate in all three programs, you can earn up to six commission checkseach month. This includes four weekly FastStart bonuses, a monthly AutoShip commissionand a monthly StepUp commission. For added convenience, you can elect to have all yourcommission and bonus checks deposited directly into your checking account.SLIDE EIGHT:To earn commissions under each program, you qualify by achieving a minimum amount ofpoints each month. Each product is assigned a Point Value or PV. Points are also used to ad-vance your title and earnings potential in the StepUp program.SLIDE NINE:Here are the Point Values for your STEMTech AFA Extract purchases.SLIDE TEN:And finally here are the points you earn when purchasing our Leadership Packs. Don’t worryabout having to keep track of all these numbers as it is all calculated for you automatically. Ifyou sign up for the Distributor Business Suite, you can also view reports each day.SLIDE ELEVEN:Bonus Volume, or BV, is the value assigned to each bottle or product package. The BonusVolume is used for the purpose of calculating commissions we pay you. For instance, one bot-tle of StemEnhanceTM bought by your downline pays you 7% of RM185 as long as you arequalified.SLIDE TWELVE:The Bonus Volume values for STEMTech AFA Extract are shown here.SLIDE THIRTEEN:Here are the BV values for our animal products
  • 3. SLIDE FOURTEEN:And here are the Bonus Volume points you earn when purchasing our Leadership Pack.SLIDE FIFTEEN:Now let’s look at our three income programs. Let’s start with our StepUp Plan. The StepUpPlan pays you commissions on all products you, your retail clients, and your organization pur-chase which are not part of the AutoShip program. In order to qualify for rebates and commis-sions under the StepUp Plan, you need at least 100 Personal Points. Personal Points arecalculated based on your total personal purchases and the direct retail purchases of your cus-tomers including AutoShip purchases.SLIDE SEVENTEEN:When you enroll as a new STEMTech Distributor, you begin at the Associate level. You buyproducts at wholesale and sell them for retail. Once you accumulate 250 points over any oneto two month period, you are promoted to the Supervisor level. As a Supervisor, you can earna 5% rebate on your own purchases, and a 5% commission on any orders from your downlineAssociates. Once you accumulate 1000 points, you attain the Manager level, and the commis-sions increase to 10%. 2500 points gets you to the Senior Manager level and a 15% commis-sion rate. Once you earn 5000 points in any one or two month period, you attain the rank ofDirector. At this level you will receive the maximum commission and rebate rate of 20%. It isimportant to remember that you must have at least 2,500 points in the month you are beingpromoted to Director in order to qualify. Once you assist others in your organization to becomeDirectors, you will begin to earn 5% Director Bonuses on all of their Group Bonus Volume. Youmust have at least 1000 points in Group Bonus Volume to qualify. This Group Sales Volumemust come from your downline Associates, Supervisors, Managers and Senior Managers whoare not under a Director.SLIDE EIGHTEEN:Here is a visual example of the rebates and commissions you can earn when you reach theDirector level. Remember, our plan pays a maximum of 20% in rebates and commissions onany order. Therefore, when you are a Director, you earn a 15% commission from the orders ofyour first level Supervisor’s organization. The Supervisor earns the 5% difference. You earn a5% commission on the orders of your first level Senior Manager’s group and they earn 15%.You earn a full 20% commission on your first level Associates as they are just starting out andare not yet eligible for rebates and commissions.SLIDE NINETEEN:Now let’s look at our AutoShip Program. AutoShip creates a powerful residual income. It pro-vides for convenient, recurring monthly ordering of products at the best price and best shippingrates for small quantities. AutoShip also makes you eligible for FastStart bonuses. It alsowaives your monthly hosting fee for the Distributor Business Suite. The volume points, thatyou receive for AutoShip purchases count to advance you in the StepUp Plan. You can elect tohave AutoShip start in the month you enroll or the following month.SLIDE TWENTY:Here is a graph showing the qualifications and compensation percentages for our AutoShipProgram. There are three different qualifiers that affect your income. First are the PersonalPoints you have achieved on AutoShip. Each bottle is worth 50 points, and includes your ownpersonal AutoShip purchases and the AutoShip purchases of any retail customers. One bottleequals 50 points and begins to qualify you for commission. Two bottles equal 100 points,
  • 4. makes you eligible for commissions on a larger part of your downline. Four bottles, 200points, maximizes your earnings potential. The next qualifier is the number of distributors youpersonally enroll in the AutoShip Program. Your first enrolled distributor makes you eligible fora 7% commission on three levels of your organization. When you enroll three distributors,your commission is paid on five levels, while five AutoShip distributors increases the payoutto seven levels. As you can see, the more AutoShip distributors you enroll, the more commis-sions you can earn on larger levels of your organization. The final qualifier is your total Orga-nizational Point Value. This qualifier is not required until you reach a minimum of 100Personal Points and three personally enrolled AutoShip distributors. At this tier of earnings,you need a total of 1000 Organizational Points. An example of how to achieve 1000 Organi-zational Points is by having ten distributors in your downline, each with a two bottleSTEMTech AFA Extract AutoShip order. A your numbers increase within the three qualifyingareas, your commission rates rise as well allowing you to eventually qualify for Infinitybonuses up to 3%.SLIDE TWENTYONE:Finally, let’s look at our FastStart Bonus Program. FastStart Bonuses are paid on each Fast-Start Pack sold. If you enroll a new distributor with a FastStart Pack, you receive a RM165FastStart Enroller Bonus and your upline Director receives a RM82.50 Director Bonus. If youare the Enroller and the Director, you receive both bonuses. A RM16.50 Upline DirectorBonus is also paid to your upline Directors up to 5 generations above you.SLIDE TWENTYTWO:To be eligible for FastStart Enroller Bonuses, you or a retail customer must have a minimumof one bottle of STEMTech AFA Extract on our convenient AutoShip program. In addition, toreceive Director Bonuses, you must be an Active Director. The FastStart Enroller Bonusesare paid weekly if you enroll in our direct deposit program.SLIDE TWENTYTHREE:Let’s give you a visual example of how FastStart Enroller Bonuses work. When you are theEnroller and Director of a new distributor who purchases a FastStart Pack, you earn both theRM165 Enroller Bonus and the RM82.50 Director Bonus. When that new distributor enrolls aFastStart distributor, they earn the RM165 Enroller Bonus and you receive the RM82.50Direc-tor Bonus. If you enroll a distributor who becomes a Director, they earn both the RM165 En-roller Bonus and the RM82.50 Director Bonus but you will earn the RM16.50 Upline DirectorBonus on every new FastStart distributor they sign up. Director level bonuses are paid up tofive generations of active up¬line Directors. In this example you can see that from the twopeople working two levels deep, you have already earned RM630 in bonus money.SLIDE TWENTYFOUR:Now that you have a basic understanding of the three income streams of our compensationplan, let’s look at a simple road map for success. The key to success in this business is sim-plicity and duplication of effort. If you follow the steps we are about to outline, and then teachothers to do the same, you will be on your way to creating a successful business. First,choose the FastStart Pack option when you enroll. Then choose AutoShip for two or morebottles to start right away. Next, create a strategy to make it to the Director level and then, du-plicate your efforts.SLIDE TWENTYFIVE:Since the first two steps are self explanatory, let’s focus on a simple strategy to get you to the
  • 5. Director level. Begin by enrolling with the FastStart Pack option. Then commit to four bottles amonth on our AutoShip Program. Next, sign up two distributors who do the same. Finally helpyour new distributors sign up three new distributors between them. Make sure everyone en-rolls with a FastStart Pack and a four bottle AutoShip. Already you will have created 2,700points with just five distributors in your group and you are now a Senior Manager.SLIDE TWENTYSIX:Now let’s look at the commissions and rebates you will have earned in this first month. Fromthe StepUp Program, you earn a RM18.75 rebate on your personal order and RM43.75 indownline commissions. From the FastStart Program you earn RM330 in FastStart EnrollerBonuses. And finally from the AutoShip Program, you earn RM223 from your organization’sorders. This gives you a first month total of RM625 and qualifies you at theSenior Manager level.SLIDE TWENTYSEVEN:In your second month, you personally enroll just one more distributor for a total of three firstlevel distributors. Now help your new distributor enroll their first distributor. Finally, assist oneof your other two front line distributors enroll one more distributor. Make sure each personsigns up with a FastStart Pack and a four bottle AutoShip This new volume combined with thepower of the AutoShip recurring volume, gives you an additional 2,550 points for a two monthtotal of 5,250 points. Congratulations, you are now a Director with only eight distributors inyour group!SLIDE TWENTYEIGHT:The earnings in your second month are as follows: From the StepUp Plan, RM50 from thethree first FastStart orders. From the FastStart Program, RM165 in Enroller Bonuses andRM247.50 in Director Bonuses. And from the AutoShip Program, RM373 from your eight dis-tributors. This is a total of RM835.50 your second month, and RM1461 total your first sixtydays in business. And this doesn’t even count any retail profits you earn. Again, this is justone example of a simple path to Director. There are many ways to accomplish this in order toreach your business goals.SLIDE TWENTYNINE:Again, don’t worry if you do not completely understand all facets of the compensation planright away. If you concentrate on the path we just outlined, the rest will take care of itself.Please consult your training manual for further instruction on the compensation plan.
