papayas, kiwis. Apricots, avocado, are some of them.
Vegetables like carrots, celery, broccoli, okra, cabbage,

help in our digestion and will help flush away fats and toxins

Another best way on how to develop lean muscle is to drink
plenty of water. Each one of us is required to drink at least 8
or more glasses of water everyday. Water is so crucial in our
muscle development. Especially when we are doing our
routine exercises we should need to replace the water we
lose through sweating. Water is so helpful in digestion and in
removing toxins and fats in our body.
We also need protein by eating lean white meat, such as
fish, chicken without skin, lean steak, lean turkey, etc.
Protein is so beneficial part of the diet in order to build lean
muscles. Another nutritious food, is whey protein, we can try
to mix this with our drinks like our milk shakes. We can also
try this whey protein with our vegetables and soups.
Always make sure to stick and be focus on your diet. And
with your regular exercise and workouts everything would
be very possible to achieve. Just be patient and determine
and for sure in just a little time you will see the difference.
