The thesis was about the concept and formats of "Espressamente illy" (the famous coffee label and its coffee shops).

The main subject of the thesis is the experience a costumer have or might have in one of the "Espressamente illy" coffee shops and how the company works in order to give a specific experience.

The presentation shows specific SWOTs about what the company does according to what are the companies objectives that illy has got about this project.

Questa è la presentazione preparata e proposta durante la discussione della mia tesi universitaria.

La tesi riguarda il concept ed il format di "Espressamente illy" (la famosa marca di caffè e le sue caffetterie).

L'oggetto principale della tesi è l'esperienza che un cliente ha o dovrebbe avere in una delle caffetterie "Espressamente illy" e come l'azienda lavori al fine di fornire una specifica esperienza.

La presentazione mostra i principali SWOT in merito a cosa l'azienda faccia in relazione agli obiettivi aziendali che illy ha di questo progetto.
