    1. Overtime, people have tried different ways on how to deal with loneliness because it is a common negative state which we experience one way or the other. It’s funny how we have all this hi-tech things that help us connect with each other which should somehow make the world smaller, however, we have become more estranged rather than closer. Before you go through the different techniques on how to deal with loneliness, know to differentiate it with just being alone. When you are feeling the sense of loneliness, you will feel a complete detachment from the world. A sense of distrust for other people is created because you would feel hopeless for yourself and them as well. Most of the time you would feel angry, defensive, critical, and self conscious and a decrease in self-esteem is apparent, as well. Click here to overcome the feeling of loneliness! First of all, you have to accept the fact that we all go through the same thing, it’s but normal. The world is changing so it is but usual to lose people and get out of the comfort and security you have once been used to. Once in a while you will encounter loneliness and yet you have to learn how to deal with loneliness, too. If you feel that there is something wrong with you, try to get together with other people to somehow keep sane. Try to listen to what they have to say, it helps you feel connected to them rather than focusing on your own despair. Avoid tiring them with your rants and raves; you would want to keep them around. Try to mingle or just hang out around places where you are most likely to meet new people, know new interests and enjoy new hobbies. Do this spontaneously and see what happens. You will
    2. find out that you will be able to open yourself up in a different level. Take risks and accept rejection and failure as part of life. In order to deal with loneliness, you have to deal with other negative things associated with it, as well. In time, you would get used to it and learn to distract yourself rather than appeal to wallow in self pity and maladjustment.
