  • 4. For Womens History Month we have created a rotating display for materials (currently biographies of world famous women). Were happy to report that a few items have already gone out and weve had to replace them with other books! Weve also created an ongoing interactive Womens History Month Wall of Fame. Students are asked to post the name of a woman (or women) who inspire them. Weve had quite a few posts so far, as you can see.Photos & Captions submitted by Matthew & Jim
  • 5. Weve experimented with available display shelf space (its limited here) and created a New Items by Subject Area. Our hope was that this would be especially useful to faculty who could come in and see which recent items were acquired in various subject areas. We frequently have to replace items, so that means its definitely getting used. Currently were displaying new Marketing, Business, and English items. In an effort to reach more associates and commuters, weve added audiobooks to our collection! We will grow this collection depending on how they circulate.Photos & Captions submitted by Matthew & Jim
  • 6. For the 1st week of WHM we created a display that highlighted women directors. Several items were checked out! For the 2st week of WHM we created another display that highlighted firsts in women history. We also added an interactive component by asking our students questions about women’s firsts that have yet to happen by writing their initials in the bubbles.Photos & Captions submitted by Amanda
