how?
1) Create in myaiesec the same teams that you have in your LC [each project, each
functional team, PM team, EB team]

3) Explain to team leader how to add members in a team
4) Use team email for communication by aiesec.net account
why?
To have team email for internal communication
To let members be able to create wiki/classified/file
To give members full access to exchange function
To ensure system will count correct number of Leaders in your LC

13. Functional Wiki
how?
1) Each VP create a wiki with basic information about the area, needed documents,
that can be needed for normal work of members
2) Have one common wiki of LC with contacts of VPs, projects you run in the year,
info about LC and city
3) Don’t create separate wiki for each project, but promote all projects and X
opportunities of LC at one wiki => so, the person coming at your wiki, will see
everything at one time (use ppt to make info compact)
4) Interconnect all wiki of your LC – have at each map of LC wiki
why?
To keep their basic functional knowledge, links to education files
To provide new members resource for self-learning and constant
access to needed information (documents etc)
To keep record of information that can be useful for transition

Internal Com
how?
1) Educate each team leader on how to start use @net email
2) Track that each team leader organize with his team communication by @net
3) Create business cards just with @net email
4) Create one page document describing channels for communication in LC + what
kind of information is on each channel + who can use each of the channels
why?
@net email has much more functions than other normal account at it’s
corporate + use another email is unprofessional
With @net email members can communicate easily by teams/groups
and have clear and fast communication
Internal Com influence a lot on Retention Rate, Involvement of
Members in LC live, loyalty of members and belonging to organization
15. Office Infrastructure
how?
1) Ask companies if they have old techniques they can give to you
2) Invest part of the budget to buy new techniques
3) Organize event “LC Birthday”, invite a lot of Alumni and make them gift you
something useful for office
4) Ask MC to make something specific as award for national competitions
