Based on SONA analysis about 80% of LCs have poor development of Com area => we need increase HR workin on com area in LCs

External Events how? 1) Subscribe to newsletters of companies/NGOs to know about events 2) Research every week events in the city 3) Have responsible for research of these events 4) Have calendar of upcoming/regular events 5) Have template of proposal for event organizers 6) Have MRKG for participation in events (flyers/booklets/business cards/banner 7) Have a pool of people who can always go on these events (event- team) why? Reason/material for news/press-releases Fast Networking + AIESEC=voice of youth

Alumni Involvement how? 1) Have full-time responsible for Alumni (Alumni Coordinator) 2) Have monthly newsletter for Alumni 3) Research and send opportunities for Alumni in newsletter 4) Have database of Alumni (contacts, work XP, AIESEC XP) 5) Involve in activities described in “why” 6) Organize LC-Birthday, Alumni Cocktail etc informal events 7) Meet once per month informally with Alumni in bar/café 8) Have group for communication of Alumni (myaiesec/google/linked in) 9) Have official ceremony of promotion the person from status “Member” to status “Alumni” – have criteria to become Alumni 10) Have year reward for Alumni (Best contribution etc) 11) Create a found with Alumni (Reward for the best eXchanger etc) why? Contacts/money/TN-takers/OGX/in-kind/ speakers/trainers/mentors/coaches/feedback

Web-page development how? 1) Have one responsible (apart from VP Com) who take care about web-page 2) Seat 1-2 day and completely update irrelevant information/contacts/forms/logo 3) Research web-pages of AIESEC and other organizations to search for GCPs 4) Promote web-page on forums/blogs/discussions/social networks 5) Make separate web-pages for each big project/event 6) Add section on web-page to be updated with news – make web-page alive 7) Promote on web-pages of partners/their newsletters 8) Install Google analytics on web-page to track development and visitors 9) Make Google adv 10) Make SEO optimization of web-page 11) Learn basic HTML in internet 12) Contact NCC – Alession Esposito for any support and questions why? Web-page = Face of organization => LC web-page influence common image of AIESEC Italy in front of studetns/companies

Social Media how? 1) Have 1-3 responsibles (apart from VP Com) who take care about social-media 2) Create a FAN-PAGE – IT’S THE ONLY ONE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL TOOL 3) Develop contests driven in social media (pictures/movies etc) 4) Create schedule and framework for regular posting 5) Research social-media of AIESEC and other organizations to search for GCPs 6) Interconnect with each other 7) Create a tab AIESEC (to redirect on web-page etc) 8) Track insights 9) Learn basic HTML in internet 10) Contact NCC – Rafael Campos for any support and questions why? Fastest way of promotion - All the world is using it National + International positioning + traffic to web-page

Media Appearances how? 1) Have one responsible (apart from VP Com) who take care about writing 2) Create calendar of reasons/moments to write about 3) Write about each trainee coming; make interview with them 4) Write about each project planned, that is in the process of realization, finished 5) Write about election of PMs, EB 6) Write about each event 7) Write interviews with Alumni 8) Write about recruitment/ep recruitment/opportunity to take trainee 9) Publish it on forums/blogs/news portals/city portals/on-line newspapers 10) Keep archive of press-releases on your web-page why? Promote opportunities Increase visibility, AIESEC image in all the country

Teams allocation My@net how? 1) Create in myaiesec the same teams that you have in your LC [each project, each functional team, PM team, EB team] 2) Add in each team a team leader 3) Explain to team leader how to add members in a team 4) Use team email for communication by aiesec.net account why? To have team email for internal communication To let members be able to create wiki/classified/file To give members full access to exchange function To ensure system will count correct number of Leaders in your LC To ensure that members in system are real members who are working

Functional Wiki how? 1) Each VP create a wiki with basic information about the area, needed documents, that can be needed for normal work of members 2) Have one common wiki of LC with contacts of VPs, projects you run in the year, info about LC and city 3) Don’t create separate wiki for each project, but promote all projects and X opportunities of LC at one wiki => so, the person coming at your wiki, will see everything at one time (use ppt to make info compact) 4) Interconnect all wiki of your LC – have at each map of LC wiki why? To keep their basic functional knowledge, links to education files To provide new members resource for self-learning and constant access to needed information (documents etc) To keep record of information that can be useful for transition

My@net email + Internal Com how? 1) Educate each team leader on how to start use @net email 2) Track that each team leader organize with his team communication by @net 3) Create business cards just with @net email 4) Create one page document describing channels for communication in LC + what kind of information is on each channel + who can use each of the channels why? @net email has much more functions than other normal account at it’s corporate + use another email is unprofessional With @net email members can communicate easily by teams/groups and have clear and fast communication Internal Com influence a lot on Retention Rate, Involvement of Members in LC live, loyalty of members and belonging to organization

Office Infrastructure how? 1) Ask companies if they have old techniques they can give to you 2) Invest part of the budget to buy new techniques 3) Organize event “LC Birthday”, invite a lot of Alumni and make them gift you something useful for office 4) Ask MC to make something specific as award for national competitions why? Let people work without limits
