  • 1. Help Desk & Repair Center Computer Techs: Aaron Swett & Mike Garvey
  • 2. Help Desk• Place to start if you are having computer problems• Located in the main hallway near the main entrance• Opened at 7 a.m.• Problem will be troubleshoot and attempted to be fixed• If unresolved, a referral to the BHS-Repair Center will be issued• You cannot go to the Repair Center without a referral from the Help Desk
  • 3. Help Desk• Basic Computing Issues – Login – Rebooting – Wi-Fi – Resolution/Display settings – Saving Location
  • 4. Repair Center• Located in the north end of BHS Library• Opened at 7 a.m.• Complex repairs take place here• Loaner units are issued here if they need to stay over night
  • 5. Repair Center• Monitoring of computers will be taking place as students use them• This is to insure students will not be experiencing problems• If so we can provide some kind of assistance
