    1. A web 2.0 collaboration between the libraries of Copenhagen, Randers and Herning Presented by Sara Jørgensen and Bente Jensen

      • E-learning as a simple and cost-effective way to upgrade staff

      • Three libraries – homogeneous or individually
        • Same ”ting”, same week

        • Different set-up

      • Two project managers

      • Common event for start-up
      • One catch-up meeting during the process
      • One special introduction to Second Life
      • Common celebration at the end of 23 things

      • Mail each week: Intro to the “thing” of the week, picking up on past weeks, extracts from blogs
      • Common reception some weeks in the process and 2 workshops after 11 weeks.

      • Mail each week with step-by-step instructions to the ”thing” of the week

    14. Statement
      • Because of 23 things, more than half of the employees in Randers, Herning and Copenhagen libraries are much more experienced and interested in web 2.0 services. This is achieved at a price far below the usual cost of sending just 5 % on a similar course.
