    • Warm-up, 11.18.2009
      This warm-up is worth two grades. Please answer completely and justify your responses.
      How do you define intelligence? Where does intelligence come from?
      Is intelligence important for having a happy life? Is intelligence important for having a successful life? Have you ever made fun of somebody for being intelligent? Why did you do it?
      Is being intelligent important to you? What can you do to make yourself more intelligent?
    • Turn in (if you haven’t already):
      • FINDS research model sheet
      • Pseudoscience lab (periods 2 & 4)
      • Forensics Packet
      • Forensics Webquest
      • Earth Science Packet
      • Earth Science Webquest
      • Chapter 8 Lab – Meteorite/Alien Life
      • Chapter 8, reading checks
      • Space Probe Proposal
      • (Period 2) – Final draft of paper (3 pages)
      • (Period 3) – Planet info sheet, planet size/scale, location of your planet on campus.
      • (Period 4) – Final outline of arguments/counterarguments. Each argument (and counterargument) should be at least 2 written pages (combined – so one page for each). Every student in your group should have at least 2 pages prepared.
      PROJECT DUE NOVEMBER 20th(FRIDAY)
